Skiuro Coffee - Colombia - Plum Craze *Espresso*

Our espresso roast is developed a little longer to provide an easier dialing in process. Perfect straight or as a milk-based beverage. Use for espresso, mokka pot, or batch brew.

Origin: La Luisa, Valle del Cauca, Colombia

Process: Anaerobic Natural

Altitude: 1400masl

Variety: Variedad Colombia F6

 Notes: Chocolate and plum dominate the cup, with a vanilla sweetness and subtle florality. This coffee is intense and full of flavor hot to cool.

The return of the king. This is a previous favorite of Luis' work, a classic Colombian variety with an extended fermentation to pack a punch. Plum Craze makes it's return loud and noticeable, and highlights how Luis is comfortable with his processing recipes. This coffee is consistent, and ripe.

This marks another 2 fantastic lots that we have bought from Luis, highlighting the intensity and complexity that he is able to produce in coffee. We will have more of this coffee throughout the season, but like a lot of his coffees, this won't last long!
