Altitude: 1000masl
Notes: Cooked citrus and orange peel, followed by a sweet and caramelly body. A soft and nutty finish with a pleasant peppery and spice note.
This marks another year of working with the Lopez family from Copan. I really love how the coffee is always tasting fresh, and the missions that Al and his family are creating, are present in the coffee. Check out Finca Terrerito's socials and see all the gnarly work they do for the area, and the impact they are creating with coffee, it inspires a lot of what I do with New School. The cup results are always consistent and easy to drink. Roasting this coffee is incredibly rewarding, as it is easy to repeat batch after batch. This washed coffee is sourced and roasted to be the perfect daily driver, and we will be rocking it throughout Finca T's season... with some other coffees of theirs.
