Process: Washed
Altitude: 1900masl
Notes: Ripe fresh berries and currants, with a crisp rose and magnolia-like florals. A soft hot cocoa and herbal finish doesn't linger unpleasantly.
This coffee is part of a community project in association with Finca Terrerito. Sergio Molina is the connection between his community and Finca Terrerito, who helps export the coffee. The coffee is de-pulped and washed, before drying on raised beds. This coffee stuck out with it's fruitiness and Kenyan-like structure.
