Notes: Sweet berries dominate the cup while hot, as it opens up, there are so many floral and citrus notes that remind us of bouquets and Earl Grey.
This is the ideal Geisha that we were able to purchase the entire nanolot of. It's always a pleasure having Luis' coffee on the menu, New School owes it's existence to this very producer. While his coffees don't last long, they are always good to snag as the gnarly option for your bar. Luis harvests the cherries at peak ripeness and puts them through a thermal shock process to enhance deeper flavors. This highlights the Geisha variety, while also expressing his deep understanding of coffee processing. Stay tuned for more of his coffees!
